We are a local and family owned insurance agency that is currently seeking a dedicated Administrative-Receptionist to join our team at our office in West York, PA.
As our Administration-Receptionist, you will be the voice of our company, greeting clients, answering phone calls, and assisting with many administrative tasks. Your friendly and positive attitude will be key in building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
Were seeking someone who is positive, professional, self-motivated, has exceptional telephone skills, loves to serve others in a collaborative environment, and is able to prioritize tasks well. This position is well suited for those who are naturally task oriented. Is this you?
We are looking for Monday, Thursday, and Friday, from 9:30am to 5pm, including a half hour lunch.

**Salary**: $13000.00 - $20000.00 per year

**Responsibilities**
Warmly greeting clients, visitors, and guests
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members
Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, faxing, and organizing documents
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Assisting Agents with tasks
Handling Billing Issues
Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring all relevant parties are informed
**Requirements**:
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Punctual and reliable.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
