**NOW HIRING - FULL-TIME AP CLERK / ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT**

This position is responsible for ensuring that vendors are paid accurately and on time, while also providing administrative & clerical support to the management team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Enter Vendor Invoices for Payment
- Match Invoices to PO’s & Research Discrepancies to Ensure Accuracy of Payments
- Work With Vendors to Coordinate Payments & Resolve Issues
- Quickly Identify and Resolve Issues as They Arise
- Process Weekly Vendor Payments in Line with Company Policies
- Track Vendor Refunds
- Perform Data Entry for A/P
- Assist with Various Clerical Duties as Needed
- Maintain all Accounting Files & Perform Various Clerical Duties as Needed
- Provide Administrative Support to the Management Team

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.)
- Ability to learn and use proprietary computer systems
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and multi-task on multiple projects and priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with deadlines and understand and respond to changing priorities
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in stressful, high pressure situations
- Ability to effectively handle challenges in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial data
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to be part of a team culture

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
