**Hygiene and Safety**: Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards within the workshop to prevent food contamination and workplace accidents.

**Personnel Management**: Train, and manage the production team, ensuring effective collaboration and compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Raw Material and Inventory Management**: Manage the procurement, inventory, and supply chain of raw materials to prevent disruptions in production due to material shortages.

**Troubleshooting**: Address issues and faults in the production process promptly, taking measures to prevent recurrence.

**Reporting and Record-keeping**: Maintain records of production data and quality inspection results, and provide necessary reports to upper management.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that the food production process complies with relevant regulations, food safety, and hygiene standards.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and feedback, ensuring that products meet customer expectations.

**Continuous Improvement**: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
