Position Summary:
The Sanitation Specialist will be responsible for executing sanitation services within large-scale food production facilities. This role involves thorough cleaning of production lines, storage areas, and various sections of the facility, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform cleaning tasks on production equipment and machinery.
  • Maintain cleanliness in shipping areas, offices, and employee facilities.
  • Conduct routine sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of floors.
  • Manage waste disposal and ensure proper trash removal.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during all sanitation activities.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in food plant sanitation or a related field is preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekends and nights.
  • Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending and standing for extended periods.
