Parkside Health and Wellness is currently seeking for a reliable and friendly weekend receptionist to to join our flag-flying building
As a weekend receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office during the weekends.
Must be comfortable in a healthcare setting
Duties (not all job duties and possible responsibilities listed):
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information to callers regarding office hours, services, and directions
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records in our computerized system
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks as assigned
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies as needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines and manage high call volumes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends on a regular basis and be on call when necessary.
- Behavioral health experience preferred but not required
