We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Advanced Veterinary Medical Center. As a key member of our front office staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage patient flow, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, vaccination records, and treatment plans.
- Assist with medical procedures, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and providing post-procedure care.
- Collaborate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including restocking supplies and ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous veterinary experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, veterinarians, and veterinary technicians.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately maintain patient records and ensure compliance with medical regulations.
