**Job Title: Assistant**
**Job Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of Assistant within our organization. The Assistant will be responsible for providing support across various departments including accounting/bookkeeping, payroll, human resources, and general administration. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with AR, AP, maintaining financial records and reconciling accounts.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Support in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is preferred.
- Coordinate and communicate with our Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in processing payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate payroll records.
- Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records, updating HR policies, and assisting with employee inquiries.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and coordinate office maintenance activities.
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to LKH (insert what LKH stands for here) operations.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist with research projects as assigned.
- Support franchise operations through administrative tasks such as maintaining records, processing orders, and coordinating with franchisees.
- Assist in the implementation of franchise policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
**Education**:
- Highschool diploma required..
**Schedule**:
- This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with standard office hours.
