**Primary Duties**:
The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordinating volunteer services, including confirming and greeting groups and providing tours of The Midnight Mission. The Volunteer Coordinator will also assist with projects assigned by the Volunteer Manager and Director of Public Affairs as needed.

**Key Functions**
- Maintain volunteer calendar in Outlook
- Greet volunteers and conduct tours
- Assist with monthly With A Mission events
- Assist with special community and holiday events including Easter, Nowruz, Thanksgiving, Toy Drive, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, including coordinating volunteers
- Assist with special events as needed (GHA, Golf Tourney, etc.)
- Attend outside events on behalf of TMM as needed
- Assist with the preparation of various reports for staff and board of directors as needed
- Contribute content for Social Media periodically
- Assist daily administrative tasks of the Public Affairs team and with various special projects as directed

**Job Requirements/Qualifications**
- Must be able to multitask
- Strong verbal and written skills, with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- The ability to remain calm and work under pressure
- Positive work ethic with a passion and love of our brand
- Flexible and creative
- Ensure consistent and effective follow up with internal and external relationships
