Your strategic thinking and operational expertise will contribute to the success of our composting initiatives and further establish Compost USA as a leader in the industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Operations Management: Oversee the entire composting process, from waste intake and mixing to curing and screening. Ensure that production goals are met while maintaining high-quality compost output.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of compost operators, equipment operators, and support staff. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, emphasizing safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations related to composting and waste management. Ensure that all operations and documentation are in compliance with relevant laws and standards.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that the compost produced meets specified standards and is free from contaminants.

Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of composting equipment and machinery. Coordinate with maintenance staff to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
