Overview:
As our Refractive Services Concierge, you'll be the patient's first point of contact and are responsible for gathering important information for their visit while providing an exceptional patient experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and answer basic questions about cosmetic surgical offerings across multiple practices
- Schedule patients for appointments in a friendly manner
- Monitor provider schedules, keeping in communication with management regarding any changes or extensive wait times for visits
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective patients
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of company’s services and procedures, and communicate to patients in a way designed to earn patient’s trust and business
- Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Inside sales or customer service experience a plus
- Should excel at managing busy situations while remaining organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effectively communicate value to patients
- Must be assertive and able to work independently
- Must be comfortable discussing financial options if asked
- Detail oriented, reliable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dedication and passion for creating a high quality patient experience
- Empathetic with patients' needs and concerns
