Your Role: As a Home Watch and Concierge Professional, you will be at the heart of ensuring our clients' properties are well-maintained and secure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular home inspections and adhering to strict security and maintenance protocols.
  • This is a field position and will require working outdoors in all climate conditions.
  • Walking inside homes, including stairs, and outside on uneven ground, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and team members using tools like CompanyCam.
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality and thoroughness in all tasks.
  • Adapting to varying daily schedules and handling unexpected issues proactively.
  • Participating in team training and activities, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience in home maintenance is beneficial.
  • Ability to be coached and demonstrate quick learning.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
