Accounts Payable Specialist

Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of progressive Accounts Payable experience

You must be available to work from our Coral Gables Office 5 days a week.

**Responsibilities**:

- Posting payments of wire transfers, checks, and credit card transactions
- Maintaining the NetSuite billing system
- Account Reconciliations
- Maintaining accounts payables files, records, invoices, debits, credits
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
- Receiving vendor invoices and validating the expense
- Enter invoices into NetSuite
- Processing check runs for all eight companies and mail checks, Bank Wires, and ACH transactions - in a timely manner
- Protects the company's value by keeping information confidential
- Additional duties to support the accounting team may be assigned.

**Job Qualifications**
- Proven experience in accounts payables
- An ability to prioritize and manage tasks
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- An ability to work independently
- The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company (written and verbal)
- Solid understanding of basic accounting practices and fair credit practices
- Proficiency in Netsuite and Excel
- Dependable with an exceptional work ethic
- This position must work from our Coral Gables Office Monday - Friday 10am to 6pm

Pay: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
