This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Review and post all accounts payable invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing
- Prepare checks for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Address and resolve questions related to invoices and checks issued
- Process credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with multiple entities to reconcile accounts, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity
- Maintain detailed and organized records for auditing and reporting purposes
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams regarding financial transactions
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as needed
- Ensure all Business licenses are renewed
Requirements:
- Account Payable for Multiple Entities
- Profit Distribution for Multiple Real Estate and business entities
- Strong understanding of sales and e-commerce a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational ability
- Ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
- High-level proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions
- Strong knowledge and practical use of Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Exceptional accuracy in data entry to ensure financial records are precise
- Accounts Payable Specialist Background
- 3 years of AP experience and an Associate's Degree or 5+ years of AP experience
