Front Desk Receptionist/patient Coordinator

Cardiovascular Consultants is looking for a full-time Front Desk staff member to add to our expanding Practice. The position will be held primarily in our Lewes office.

Primary duties include, but not limited to:

- Greeting patients upon arrival
- Verify all demographic information and update as needed
- Obtaining proper documentation
- Collect Co-pays, self-pay payments, patient balances or any payments on account
- Schedule patients for appointments, testing, procedures
- Assist walk-in patients
- Answering phones
- Correspond with appropriate staff members or facilities
- Confirmation calls
- Consenting patients for testing
- Assist with reschedules when needed
- Request Medical Records when needed
- Following all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines

Must work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and willing to travel to the Millville location as needed. Minimum one year experience preferred.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
