**Position Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced results-oriented and strategic marketer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for the development and execution of the professional (HCP) promotional strategy for both NVAF and VTE indications in the institutional channel in partnership with the BMS/Pfizer alliance.

This individual will utilize data and insights to assess market potential, identify key opportunities/barriers, translate insights into ambitious and actionable strategy, develop HCP resources, and effectively execute tactical plans with cross-matrix partners to drive market impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the ELIQUIS institutional strategy and execution - including CV Community and IS TAS Resources, HCP Media, partnership with the Account Management team, etc.
- Lead matrix team towards common goals and priorities.
- Drive market research and interact with customer-facing teams to mine customer insights, leading to the development of professional promotional strategy and materials.
- Work collaboratively with medical, legal and promotional compliance team (PReP) to develop and execute high impact marketing materials.
- Work closely with the CV leadership team to support overall short and long-term goals.
- Serve as primary point of contact with external agencies/partners (AOR, etc.).
- Serve as the institutional lead in sales force training initiatives including POA.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- BA degree or equivalent is required; MBA is preferred
- 5-7 years of relevant brand management experience or equivalent (experience in cardiology is preferred)
- Sales experience desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with and leading a multi-functional alliance team to accomplish specific objectives and goals
- Experience in managing external resources and partners, including advertising agencies
- Experience in utilizing primary and secondary market research
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Strong ability to comprehend and discuss deep clinical data
- Demonstrated strengths across BMS Behaviors
