Overview:
**Duties**:

- Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to plan and execute production schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and mentor production team members on food handling procedures and culinary techniques
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in packaging and presentation of food products
- Utilize culinary skills for tasks such as cooking and cake decorating
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in kitchen operations, catering, or related field
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong culinary skills including cooking, cake decorating, and knife handling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Leadership qualities to supervise and motivate a team

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
