Job Summary

The Laborer - Construction Specialist is responsible for carrying out logistics, equipment and material handling and assisting with installation of work, all under the direction of jobsite supervisors at Baker Construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs general labor duties, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Participates in training and certifications to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Assists in the installation of work, adhering to company standards and protocols.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
