The Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter will work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition to strategize and develop plans that usher in outstanding talent for the success of our company. **Job Responsibilities for Recruiter**
- Manage and maintain accounts, fostering strong relationships to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilize various recruiting methods and tools, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to attract top talent.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to adapt recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Follow all Liberty Source’s hiring guidelines.
- Must maintain excellent documentation within applicant database.
- High sense of urgency and drive to move a process forward.

**Desired experience as a Recruiter**
- Work experience in a fast-paced environment such as a call center ramp-up or technical role is a huge plus.
- Comfortable working in an environment with multi-tasking and ever-changing priorities.
- Solid understanding of ChatGPT/A.I. Large Language Model (LLM) recruiting.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in high volume recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of initiative and drive for success.
