Key Responsibilities
  • Full cycle recruiting process
  • Develop job postings and position requirements with hiring managers
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates for open roles
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Schedule, coordinate and conduct interviews
  • Facilitate the offer process and extend offers of employment to salaried candidates
  • Initiate background checks and physicals
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with company policy, employment laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or Psychology from an accredited institution OR Associate's Degree and 4 years recruiting experience
  • A minimum of 2 years salaried recruiting experience in manufacturing or engineering
  • Must be able to provide documentation in the original form establishing both your identity and your employment eligibility in the U.S.
  • This position entails access to export-controlled items you must be able to lawfully obtain access to such items
