Overview:
We are recruiting for a Mission Area Analysis/Concept Development who will provide personnel to provide services to include program management, planning, engineering, technical, and risk reduction support. Located at Langley AFB, Hampton VA.
B3H is a leader in building winning DoD and corporate teams. B3H provides the full spectrum of strategic planning, program management, acquisitions management, systems engineering & integration, cost analysis, training, systems requirements analysis, and instructional system design for the DoD. B3H delivers quality performance with complete government visibility and control. Corporate headquarters are in Shalimar, Florida.
Responsibilities:- Assist in identification of technical, operational and acquisition factors that impose risk to achieving Airborne C2 integration objectives. Using established techniques, contribute to plans for achieving the goal of an interoperable integrated airborne C2; analyze business processes to accurately characterize capability gaps along with needed capabilities; and identify key performance criteria such as criticality, security, retention, availability, and accessibility.
- Participate as a member of Air Force High Performance Teams (HPTs) and Integrated Product Teams (IPT), Working Groups, User Groups, Program Management Reviews, Technical Interchange Meetings and other meetings to define critical C2 and TDL capabilities.
- Conduct operational feedback, analysis, and technical/operational evaluation of existing and emerging data link concepts and airborne C2 capabilities. These C2 and TDL concepts shall include, track management, correlation, fusion, smart forwarding, and transporting data to/from the tactical edge.
- Coordinate with the Joint community on Integrated Waveform (IW) and Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) development, developing fielding plans in coordination with MAJCOMs, aligning terminal upgrades with IW and MUOS controller upgrades and reviewing resource sufficiency to implement IW and MUOS. IW and MUOS are an improvement on the present UHF SATCOM waveforms.
- Assist field units in translating needs and enabling concepts into operational results.
- Assist with development of conceptual systems and prototypes that contribute to a system of systems approach for fully network enabled joint C2 capabilities, such as the Joint Tactical Air Picture (JTAP).
- Employ operational expertise to assist operational users and provide constant liaison between operational users and product centers/program offices.
- Assist with development of Advanced TDL concepts and requirements, including capabilities such as the sharing of data between 5th and 4th generation platforms.

Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, management or other related technical or scientific discipline.
- Five (5) years experience with C2 system program management (e.g., requirements initiation, test and evaluation, system fielding, operations, logistics and maintenance) processes and procedures; multi-TDL Architecture and multi-TDL Network(s).
- Five (5) years in a position requiring analysis and evaluation of operational capabilities and limitations for technical solutions for TDL systems.
- Five (5) years work experience analyzing, developing and evaluating directives, policies and procedures associated with the modernization and sustainment of TDL Systems, TDL Networks, and TDL Gateways programs and systems.
- Three (3) years experience using and complying with the laws, principles, policies, and practices of DoD systems acquisition and program management.
- Three (3) years experience reviewing and drafting JCIDS requirements documents.
- Three (3) years experience in a HHQ (e.g., MAJCOM, NAF, HAF or equivalent) staff officer or equivalent position creating, preparing, conducting, delivering, attending oral/written decision briefs, reports, positions, draft messages and other correspondence.
- Two individuals with rated operational experience and five (5) years 5th or 4th generation aircraft employment experience.
- One individual with five (5) years satellite communications systems (MUOS, IW, Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF), Global Broadcast Service (GBS) experience.
- One individual with five (5) years experience as a Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO).
