We are sales professionals and our goal is to provide excellent customer service and assist customer's with finding the perfect above ground pool for their home.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate with high-ticket, commission only sales experience to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be provided with pre-credit approved leads that are ready and waiting to buy from you. You will be responsible for visiting and providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

- Visit pre-qualified and credit approved customer's that have requested to have your help in choosing the right above ground pool for thier home and budget.
- Be able to cover your entire sales territory
- Be able to do 2-4 presentations per day and close 40-50% of your leads that are given to you.
- Utilize phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and provide assistance
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Demonstrate excellent selling skills to meet or exceed sales targets
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals

- Previous experience in commission only sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in cash handling procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per week
