- Experience using MS OneNote, Teams and SharePoint
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Experience in managing project finance
- Must have great customer service skills and able to communicate the status of project and understand deadlines
- Must have the ability and comfortability to present, both online and live in-person, to anywhere from 2 to 300 people
- Must have ability to manage a defined schedule and communicate any deviations
- Prompt and steady attendance is vital to the success of this position
- Must possess strong computer skills, including the ability to set up equipment for presentations and troubleshoot basic technical issues independently
- Experience in a CRM management tool, i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk
- Must be able to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance

Education
- High School diploma
- 4-5 years relevant experience in executive assistance, office administration, project management, etc
- Relevant College Degree can count towards experience

Attendance is critical at all times during normal duty hours. Work outside of normal duty hours may be required with as little as one hour advance notice.

**Other Essential Functions**:

- Must be able to communicate (verbal and written) skills; able to understand and follow instructions.
- Grooming and dress must be appropriate for the position and must not impose a safety risk/hazard to the employee or others.
- Must be able to work in a team atmosphere and demonstrate leadership that enhances productivity and promotes teamwork and cooperation.
- Must be licensed and possess a safe driving record.
