We are currently looking for a qualified pedagogical specialist to join our team at Emerald Enterprises. Our stationary integration support programs are located in various locations, and we are seeking a professional to work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting support programs in individual and group settings, focusing on the developmental stage of the clients.
  • Developing interventions and pedagogical projects, such as musicals, bands, etc., to promote perspectives, self-determination, and exploration of new experiences.
  • Collaborating with group home professionals to identify client needs and develop interventions based on their developmental stage.
  • Promoting diverse methods and adapting them according to the needs of our diverse clientele.
  • Participating in helper conferences, crisis discussions, and team meetings to ensure effective support for our residents.
About the Role:

This is a permanent part-time position (20 hours/week) as a pedagogical specialist. We offer a well-equipped music room for developing pedagogical projects and a supportive team environment.
