**Base Salary: $65,00 - $75,000 per year**

**Commission OTE: $45,000 - $180,000 per year**

Headquartered in Orange, California, A-Tech is searching for an ambitious Business Development/Account Manager to join our team and be instrumental as we move to the next level.

The Business Development/Account Manager in the Sales Department is responsible for building relationships with individuals and companies in the community, selling the company’s services and reaching internal sales goals. This position will also contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies. This position is reserved for salespersons who have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the environmental industry, Healthcare, Construction, or a combination of.

**Job Duties**:
The essential functions include, but not limited to the following:

- Identifying prospective customers by following leads from existing customers, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences, and more.
- Nurtures and expands existing business relationships to increase lead generation and average job size.
- Creating awareness and demand for the company services by locating, presenting to, and selling A-Tech Consulting, Inc. to new and prospects.
- Identifying potential opportunities and effectively communicating benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests.
- Maintaining communications with sales management, to ensure efforts are in line with objectives.
- Maintains membership and involvement in targeted associations and achieves significant committee and/or leadership positions.
- Maintaining professional and timely communication with internal staff and all departments.
- Calling on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and quoting appropriate customer prices.
- Maintaining all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations.
- Updating the other departments on prices given to potential clients.
- Prepares and presents sales proposals.
- Monitoring market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
- Negotiating details of contracts and payments.
- Consulting with clients after sales or contract signing to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Tracking all sales activities in the Company CRM program.
- Setting and meeting sales goals for sales activity and revenue.
- Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings.
- Attending and participating in association networking events and meetings, such as tradeshows, gold tournaments, and promotional events.
- Plans, organizes, and participates in tradeshows and other marketing functions, including charitable events, and other networking and social activities, many of which are after normal business hours.
- Performing other duties, as assigned.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Knowledge of various relationship sales techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Become and remain proficient in our services and the associate terminology.
- Flexible, creative, and able to work in a non-structured developing work environment.
- Demonstrated capacity to think “outside the box”, communicate and motivate customers on the company’s services, programs and new ideas.
- Study and learn A-Tech set of services and gaining a working knowledge of services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in Sales CRM program.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills, including well-developed presentation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.

**Environmental Health & Safety Requirements**:
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with ISO14001 EMS, Environmental Management System.
- Intervene and take appropriate actions on any non-conformance, possible non-conformance, or concerns affecting.
- 1) compliance with any known legal, regulatory or company requirements,
- 2) EHS policies, procedures, or other management system requirements, and
- 3) expectations or needs of other interested parties and communicate it using the appropriate company process.
- When requested, participate in development, communication, and implementation of EHS programs.
