**Pyles and Associates, LLC behavioral respite** **service **provides support and relief to the families and caregivers of children and adults with developmental disabilities. We value maintaining the dignity and respect of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Behavioral respite intends to allow individuals with a disability and with behavior challenges to be safely supported in their home while promoting a better quality of life for the whole family. This service also focuses on implementing behavioral support plans in place for the individual to increase functional skills, address behavioral excesses, and teach necessary replacement behaviors.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provide support and supervision to Direct Care Staff
- Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (only if BCBA or BCaBA)
- Attend Interdisciplinary Team meetings as needed
- Provide feedback to assigned teams
- Conduct and schedule meetings and trainings with Direct Care Staff
- Attend interdisciplinary team meetings and monthly internal team meetings
- Communicate and collaborate professionally with caregivers and members of the treatment team
- Conduct and complete intake assessments, report writing, and data analysis
- Ensure integrity of data collection and program implementation
- Conduct treatment integrity checks on staff within assigned caseload
- Ensure implementation of client’s routine plan of care and daily schedule
- Ensure accurate implementation of client’s behavior support plan
- Monitor and report client progress to Clinical Director
- Ensure that staff are effectively and accurately entering session notes and utilizing appropriate data collection
- Must remain HIPAA compliant
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Arrange coverage for staff cancellations as needed
- Provide coverage for direct care on assigned cases as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned reasonably within the scope of a Case Manager

**Minimum requirements**:
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 1 year clinical, training, and supervision experience
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Psychology or related field or Master of Arts/Sciences in Psychology or another related field
- A BCBA intern (will not supervise RBTs), valid Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Certification OR Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
