Job Description

Intercare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavior Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily case management, developing and implementing clinical programs, and supervising Behavior Interventionists (BIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee clinical programs for children with autism spectrum disorders
  • Supervise BIs and provide education and training for client caregivers
  • Master daily case management skills, including developing and implementing treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the clinical services team to ensure high-quality care and services

Requirements:

  • Completed Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, education, social work)
  • Strong ABA and clinical skills, with experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders
  • Excellent written and spoken communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude
  • Bilingual skills valued
