- Be responsible for providing back-end engineering support on MAC operating systems.
- Interface with senior government personnel on a daily basis.
- Respond to and resolve end user issues that require advanced knowledge of Apple or iOS systems.
- Update the status of queued service requests with the IT service management system.
- Evaluate, design, document, install, implement, test, perform problem isolation and resolution, monitor, tune, set standards and maintain a complex range of computer network components and systems.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience providing engineering support, specializing in Apple hardware and MAC operating systems
- Proven experience should include some of the following:

- Automation with several aspects of JAMF
- Engineering solutions to manual tasks
- Security focused with experience in implementing DISA STIG Profiles
- Creating EXT Attributes in JAMF
- Quickly assisting users and solving complex macOS related issues
- Apple Script, bash/shell scripting
- FileVault 2 Enterprise Management
- VPN Configuration Profiles
- Working with PLIST and JSON files
- Proficiency with the English language
- Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems in operational hardware and software as needed
- Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for facility credentials/authorization at this work location.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- JAMF certification and/or other Apple Certifications
