Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily IT functions, including help desk and system administration tasks.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a defense or DoD-related context.
  • Strong understanding of NIST 800-53, NIST, and CMMC frameworks.
  • Extensive experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 administration.
  • Proficiency in managing Windows, MacOS, and Linux systems.
  • Experience with MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect).
  • Solid knowledge of network security, firewalls, and VPNs.
  • Experience with identity and access management systems (e.g., Azure AD, Google Workspace directory).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
  • Knowledge of Crowdstrike Falcon endpoint detection and response (EDR) platform.
  • Understanding of DNS configuration and management.
  • Experience in iOS device management and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of mobile security best practices and mobile application management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience managing a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system.
  • Active security clearance is preferred.

Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 based on education, relevant experience, and security clearance level.
