Job Summary:
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and software
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Provide technical support to end-users in person, over the phone, and via remote desktop
- Set up and maintain user accounts and security permissions
- Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed
- Collaborate with other IT staff to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventories
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
