Must Have Qualifications:

- Thrives in a multi-tasking and multi-functioning office
- Check job starts against contracts
- Invoicing & Waivers
- Enter, scan and file daily invoices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Outlook
- Data Entry experience
- Strong attention to detail & Organizational skills
- High level of integrity, moral work ethic and reliable
- Supplier prelim tracking
- High functioning communication skills
- Easily able to adapt to new circumstances and can learn quickly in an evolving work environment

Pay to be determined based on experience.
