Description:
The Regional Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing multiple locations within a designated region. You will ensure that each location operates efficiently, meets performance targets, and adheres to company policies and procedures. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and enhance operational effectiveness across their assigned region and oversees a team of Regional Supervisors. The position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of each location, analyzing key metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve targets.
- Ensure that each location operates efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
- Meet sales, profit, quality, and customer service objectives
- May train supervisors, company chefs, and franchisees to maximize efficiency and morale
- Recruit company chefs and franchisees
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with food safety guidelines, etc.
- Ensure that customers receive high-quality service and support at each location, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain open and effective communication with management, franchisees, and other stakeholders within the organization. Collaborate with other departments to support company-wide initiatives and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred or 3-5 years of related experience
- Sushi experience highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent people skills and ability to work with diverse individuals
- Creative, flexible, and collaborative team player
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to handle pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
