**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate information about services and address customer concerns effectively.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by providing options.

**Sales**:

- Actively promote and sell services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into customers.

**Problem Resolution**:

- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective problem resolution.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about product features, specifications, and updates.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge within the team.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system (PestPac)
- Sending out service authorizations in a timely manner for customer signature.

**Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding customer trends, preferences, and issues.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve overall business goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture.

**Scheduling**:

- Schedule services with the customer and tech/inspector in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
