Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service and Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Service and Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for selling and promoting all products and services offered by Ramona Tire while adhering to our company's store standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prompt and Professional Customer Service: Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone, using our standardized customer service techniques.
  • Accurate Vehicle Inspections: Listen to and thoroughly document customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer service needs.
  • Service Recommendations: Recommend services according to your level of knowledge, clearly communicate any additional recommendations from the Automotive Technician to the customer, and properly document all recommendations in the customer file.
  • Sales Promotion: Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating an understanding of the product and associated service requirements.
  • Quote and Update Customers: Provide customers with an accurate quote that includes cost and time of completion for the services approved by the customer, and provide updates throughout the day on the status of their services.
  • Cash Handling and Warranty Explanation: Follow proper procedures when cashing out a customer's ticket, including a review of the completed multi-point inspection and explanation of applicable warranties.
  • Post-Service Follow-up: Conduct post-repair and declined services follow-up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction for all individual customers.
  • Tracking and Record-Keeping: Track all new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.
