Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and concerns.
  2. Assist customers, sales personnel, and delivery staff with their purchases.
  3. Handle inbound calls and engage in face-to-face interactions with customers regarding product warranties and returns.
  4. Order necessary parts for missing components and follow up with the factory on pending service orders.
  5. Manage non-sellable reports to resolve items awaiting parts.
  6. Collaborate with sales associates to surpass customer service expectations.
  7. Organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  8. Maintain a tidy office environment by ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  9. File daily invoices accurately.

Employment Standards:

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with team members and maintain a positive demeanor while interacting with customers. Familiarity with workplace safety and employment protocols is essential.

Physical Requirements:

To fulfill the essential functions of this position, employees must be capable of performing tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, listening, and repetitive motions. The role may involve lifting items weighing up to 20 lbs occasionally.

Work Environment:

This position is situated in a climate-controlled indoor setting.
