Our company is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing ADON attentive and knowledgeable assistant director of nursing (ADON) who will assist in ensuring the nursing department provides consistent, attentive, and efficient care to patients. Also to help to oversee the overall operations of our Amazing Nursing Home. The ADON will be responsible for assisting with the planning, organizing and implementation of nursing procedures and projects as well as ensuring overall compliance.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as Charge RN in SNF
- Understanding of basic budgeting and financial reporting
- Great knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare
- Willingness to keep abreast of changing standards in nursing administration
- Excellent ability to lead and develop personnel
- Great communication and people skills
- Outstanding organizational and stress management skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Degree in nursing; Masters degree in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus
- Valid nursing and CPR certification

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Maintain standards of the nursing homes.
- Helping to hire, train, teach, and monitor nurses.
- Ensure smooth operation of the nursing department.
- Assisting in budget preparation and expense management.
- Inform management of any staff concerns.
- Assisting on train and supervise staff members.
- Inspect patient records.
