The **Controller** is responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, cost accounting, financial analysis, accounts payable, providing oversight to the accounts receivables, managing the financial accounting/close and reporting process, completing tax packages, negotiate with vendors, bank reconciliations, and miscellaneous requests either from Corporate or the Institute for fiscal analysis and information. **Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required. Master’s degree preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of proven healthcare finance experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

**Certification(s)**:

- Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation preferred.

**Computer/Software Programs**:

- Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
