**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
This position will partner with the Lead or Principal Subcontract Specialist to drive the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts. Starting with proposal, fulfillment of the sales order, and ending with negotiating subcontracts or long-term purchase orders with suppliers. The Sr. Subcontract Specialist will deliver a compliant FAR15 package to the government, work closely with the Pricing organization and work with the program to fulfill subcontracts aligned with the program.
- Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle
- DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15)
- Build strong negotiation positions for contracts and execute those

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, L&C, Business, or Finance
- Due to contractual requirements, must be a US Citizen

**WE VALUE**:

- Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong negotiation skills and processes.
- Supply chain experience.
- Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industries.
- Experience managing subcontracts FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.
- Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD).
- Ability to negotiate terms and conditions.
