POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Conduct thorough research, assess findings, and make informed purchasing decisions under guidance.
  • Request price quotations, analyze them, and execute orders.
  • Review and oversee orders to guarantee precision and adherence to standards.
  • Engage with suppliers and manage inquiries regarding order statuses.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding purchase orders.
  • Perform additional assigned responsibilities as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, ideally within a healthcare environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a multi-location setting, preferably in the medical field.
  • Familiarity with e-procurement platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capability to quickly adapt to new systems and work effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Position requires the ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
