What you will be doing...- Lead marketing processes that include customer communications, proposals, presentations, development/maintaining product strategies and roadmaps.- Conducts market studies that define market potential of new products.- Accountable for development, communication and execution of strategic plans for products and markets.- Providing commercial leadership during all phases of new product introduction.- Develop and grow relationships with large account key contacts and industry experts.- Responsible for product system pricing per company pricing policy- Manages traditional products through full product life cycle.

What we are looking for...- A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required- 2 or more years of experience with energy controls technologies in a technical role is required.- Demonstrated commercial aptitude or product line management experience is required.- Formal training in areas such as Product Management, Strategic Selling and Large Account Management is required.
