Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct a comprehensive study of the market to identify key competitors in the cloud device management space, with a specific focus on UC and IoT services.
- Analyze and document the features and capabilities offered by these competitive services.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing the findings, including market trends and potential threats or opportunities.
- Feature Mapping and Gap Analysis:
- Map the features and capabilities of competitive platforms against Shure's cloud device management service.
- Identify gaps in our current offerings compared to those of competitors.
- Collaborate with product management to prioritize these gaps based on customer needs and market potential.
- Feature Definition and API Design:
- Work with product management to define new features that could be added to Shure's cloud platform to address identified gaps.
- Develop detailed specifications for these features, including user stories, functional requirements, and technical documentation.
- Define and document APIs required to implement these new features, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field with an interest in product management.

- Basic understanding of cloud computing, UC, and IoT technologies.
