3. Promote architecture best practices across various domains, including application, data, integration, security, and operations.
4. Assist in the creation and execution of technology strategies and application roadmaps for the commercial lines sector.
5. Identify potential technical risks and assist in defining effective mitigation strategies.
6. Provide architectural guidance for projects driven by the commercial lines business.
7. Ensure technical quality and security through thoughtful architecture and design.

9. Assist in estimating costs for new solutions and technology upgrades.
10. Establish building codes and compliance measures for the business solution area.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to make informed decisions regarding technology strategies while considering various business needs.
- Capacity to influence and build relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with P&C commercial lines is preferred.
- Solid technical expertise with modern application architecture and a history of successful project delivery.
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the insurance or financial services sector is a plus.
Qualifications:
- A degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Eight to ten years of experience in a technology domain, showcasing skills across multiple architectural domains and technologies.
- Awareness of emerging technologies and experience with cloud technologies is preferred.
