**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Support**: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting agendas.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain organized records and files.
- **Travel Coordination**: Arrange domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
- **Meeting Management**: Coordinate and attend meetings, taking detailed minutes and following up on action items.
- **Event Planning**: Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- **Office Management**: Oversee office supplies and manage office-related tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- **Special Projects**: Support the CEO with special projects and initiatives as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with SaaS tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think proactively.
- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
