**Compensation**:
$20 - $22 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and courteously
- Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the auction set up, load out, and logistics teams to proactively handle issues before they become problems for our customers.
- Process invoices and manage receivables
- Maintain auction files with all required paperwork
- Ensure accurate documentation for sales tax exemptions and sales of vehicles
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

**Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Familiarity with Google Drive
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
- Organized, Detail Oriented, and Multi-Tasking
