**Prior Experience & Qualifications**:

**Compensation**:
The pay structure role of Lead Barista/Supervisor at The Juicery Salem includes:

- Rate of $15/hour plus an hourly rate tip-pool average (Please note tips are not guaranteed)

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
