Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Starbucks Barista to join our team at Fred Meyer. As a key member of our coffee shop team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing beverages to recipe and standards, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

• Customer Service: Create a welcoming environment for customers, answer questions about products, and provide recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Beverage Preparation: Prepare beverages to recipe and standards, using proper equipment and techniques.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with associates to achieve company/store goals, promote teamwork, and provide support to colleagues.
• Inventory Management: Check product quality, review "sell by" dates, and take appropriate action to maintain inventory levels.
• Equipment Maintenance: Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment, including the espresso machine, blender, and computerized scale.

• Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Previous Comparable Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a coffee shop or retail environment.
