Duties will involve:

- Plans for future capital projects, develops scope of work, solicit vendor bids, reviews construction drawings and manages approval submissions.
- Leads all phases of projects including new buildings and renovations. Involved with design and bidding process, selection of vendors and sub work.
- Audit general contractors during renovations or at least twice per month and onsite for all punch work.
- Communicates expectations to all stakeholders and sees through completion of all outstanding work.
- Closes out project; documentation, invoicing, and database filing.
- Manages project budgets, working with corporate office to ensure timely payment to vendors.
- Ensures purchasing is accurate and takeoffs verified, coordinates delivery schedules with procurement and the properties.
- Audit current hotels identifying preventative maintenance items; support all hotel maintenance teams and managers with capital projects.
- Document all meetings and recap to the field, ensures all items are followed through and updated in an organized tracking system.
- Communicate risk, challenges, and unexpected delays to ownership in a timely and effective manner, offering and managing solutions to mitigate financial losses.

Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel project management or hospitality construction
