Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our guests
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and sanitation
  • Collaborate with our hospitality team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a remote camp or hotel/hospitality industry
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Valid ServSafe certification
  • First aid certification an asset
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
Working Conditions
