**WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE**

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Prepares, communicates, and educate client groups and teams on changes in policies and practices within the organization
- Assists the EHS manager in analyzing data and trends to proactively predict and prevent injuries
- Supports management’s efforts to ensure compliance with corporate safety program expectations and applicable federal and state laws
- Identifies and informs management of compliance issues, safety risks and improvement opportunities through the conduct of daily, weekly, and monthly audits
- Demonstrates and understands safety as a core value and follows the key essentials to safety as set forth by our safety resolution reinforces and coaches others to do the same
- Understands and follows established safety guidelines, consistently complies with all safety procedures (e.g. PPE, Lock Out Tag Out)

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

Minimum Qualifications:

- Manufacturing or distribution environment (2-3 years)
- Project related support (2 years)
- Experience with OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910 (1 year)

Additional Required Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365 etc)

Preferred Qualifications:

- College or technical education preferred

Physical Demands:

- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to sit for an extended period of time during work period
