Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate production activities to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Manage material inventory and control systems to minimize waste and optimize resource allocation.
  • Assist production leads in training and developing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute production projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Participate in safety meetings, take minutes, and report on safety incidents, inspections, and training programs.
  • Apply knowledge of 4M (Man, Machine, Material, and Method) principles and Problem-Solving methods to identify and resolve production issues.
  • Support the engineering and mechanics team from our headquarters in Korea to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer applications.
  • Lawful authorization to work in the United States.
