We are looking for a full or part time office/accounting position. We are a family run company and would need help in accounting, as well as answering the phone in our showroom.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Creates a welcoming environment by greeting guests, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and taking messages for employees
- Answer basic/common questions, about showroom hours and brands sold
- Ability to grow role in company.
- Provides support for the sales team as needed
- Help with basic AP and AR accounting.
- Helping with basic office duties such as invoicing, statements and helping managers in other office tasks.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Positive attitude for greeting customers in a friendly and warm manner upon arrival to the office or through the phone
- Communication skills to be able to talk to clients and team members to understand their needs
- Administrative skills to be able to be able to use basic computer programs including Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with office machines - printer, scanner etc
- Proficient in English, other languages a plus but not required
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Flexibility to be able to move between activities and duties if priorities change

**Experience Requirements**
- Basic knowledge in office and accounting skills.
- High school diploma required, additional qualifications will be a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
